施金輝生平
本館設立旨在紀念藝術家施金輝；施金輝(1962 -2014)，生前致力於美術創作，他曾說他是領受使命而來，畫觀音成了他一輩子的使命；而「以畫弘法」一直是施金輝導引大眾認識觀音慈悲的目標之一。
空相美術館~【認識膠彩】
【認識膠彩】膠彩起源可追朔至新石器時代、仰韶文化，穴居人以骨頭、岩石、礦物等材質在牆上作畫紀錄，這即是最早的膠彩畫。數千年來的發展，最具代表性的是唐朝的敦煌壁畫。今日源自中國的膠彩畫卻反而在日本大放光采

財團法人臺南市施金輝文化藝術基金會｜第2屆全國學生繪畫寫生比賽
基金會為鼓勵學生自由創作，深耕藝術美學教育，從事有益身心課外活動，促近親職教育的推展。凡國內各公私立高中、國中、國小在校學生皆可報名參加。比賽時間為中華民國115年3月28日(六)上午9時至中午12時止。比賽地點於臺南市後壁區烏樹林糖廠。報名與比賽細節請上官網詳閱。
