施金輝生平
本館設立旨在紀念藝術家施金輝；施金輝(1962 -2014)，生前致力於美術創作，他曾說他是領受使命而來，畫觀音成了他一輩子的使命；而「以畫弘法」一直是施金輝導引大眾認識觀音慈悲的目標之一。
